William J. Alvarez
President/CEO
Mr. Alvarez has more than 20 years experience in general management of defense technology businesses, including General Electric (project management support - 3 years), GEC Marconi Avionics (V.P. - 4 years; President & CEO - 5 years), Loral Corporation (V.P. - 3 years, Advanced Display Systems division). Founder & CEO of Cross Systems Inc.
Mr. Alvarez is a graduate of Duke University and honors graduate of GE’s Business Management Program.
Vicki L. Parker
Vice President
Ms. Parker has more than 20 years experience in engineering and operations in both military and commercial industries. Expertise in providing hands-on leadership and direction for manufacturing, engineering liaison, material planning and procurement, customer service, and sales support in high tech industries. Adept at negotiating contract terms and pricing as well as developing and maintaining effective business relationships at all organizational levels.
Ms. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Reinhardt College.
William E. Maxwell
Director of Engineering
Mr. Maxwell is an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in product design and development, system architecture specification, and hardware design team management. His product knowledge spans digital, analog and software design, and his areas of specialization are high speed FPGA signal processing and communications, and real-time system design, analysis and specification.
Mr. Maxwell received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
Dan Warner
Director of Operations
Mr. Warner has more than twenty years of hands-on technical experience in Project Engineering/Program Management in the design and development of electronic systems. System engineering skills in digital, analog, RF, software, mechanical engineering along with an extensive background in manufacturing planning, new product introduction, testing, and Quality Assurance. An innovative problem solver, he is a leader in applying analytical, process-oriented approaches to meeting contract requirements for schedule, cost and technical performance.
Mr. Warner holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Technical Institute, and has been a U.S. Air Force avionics specialist.
